Biography
About Syness
Syness is a Massachusetts rapper and poet and a member of the hip-hop group Notorious Outsiders (N.O.I.S.E), alongside MDogg and K.O the Artist. In his words, he "uses poetic roots to uphold a tree of musical abilities including rapping and harmonizing." His name comes from senescence, the process of deterioration with age. He calls himself a "Biotechy w/ a knack for music."
His solo catalog runs from the single "Lovebug Repellent" (2021) and the 13-track album AshuKing: The Origins (2022) to "Main Factor" feat. Dtigga and "You're Not Mike Deez" (2025), "Lovebug Repellent II" (2026), and the 2026 "Chess > Checkers (Remix)" with EXITFAME and Retro J.O.E. With Notorious Outsiders he raps across the 15-track album The Second Coming (2024).
As Ash, he hosts the Raw Echoes Collective Podcast for the Fitchburg, MA creative community of the same name. In 2026, Syness and The Notorious Outsiders were on the Main Stage lineup at Fitchburg's River City Rhythm & Rock Festival.
